Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians.

• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers.
• Initiate and manage repair orders for labor and parts.
