Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Customer Team Coordinator to work closely with technicians and customers, coordinating scheduling and billing. The role involves parts procurement coordination with the parts department to ensure technicians have necessary items for field repairs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in customer service or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Track open repair orders and follow up to ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and team members.
• Initiate and manage repair orders, recording labor and material statuses for customers.
• Promote company values and mission to uphold an indispensable partner image.
