Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up and/or invoice.
• Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations.
• Initiate and control repair orders and the proper status for labor and materials to the customers.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values and act as an indispensable partner.
