Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling in Louisville, KY, is hiring a Customer Team Coordinator to work closely with field technicians and customers, ensuring proactive scheduling and accurate billing. You will coordinate parts procurement with the parts department so technicians have the items needed for field repairs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least two years in customer service or administrative roles, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of customer service or administrative experience and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• The role requires maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up and/or invoice.
• Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations.
• Initiate and control repair orders and the proper status for labor and materials to the customers.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner".
