Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and service at customer sites.
• Visually inspect, test, and listen to machines to locate malfunctions.
• Discuss operation variation with customers to diagnose problems.
• Dismantle parts to detect wear or misalignment and replace as needed.
• Install and repair components; test equipment after repairs.
• Organize repairs with dispatchers and manage parts and paperwork.
• Maintain records, complete work orders, and keep inventory in order.
• Operate safely in various environments with a strong safety focus.
