Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Field Manager to lead the service technicians and drive operational and financial performance.

This role partners with branch leadership to set annual goals, recruit and develop staff, and ensure customer satisfaction through safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate service, inspections, and maintenance activities to optimize profitability and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service department's operational and financial performance and lead the team.
• Collaborate with branch/general managers to plan goals, headcount, and growth projections.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain service technicians with HR.
• Mentor and review performance; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with support teams to optimize service operations and scheduling.
• Ensure proper time charging to jobs and accurate invoicing.
• Maintain required certifications and safety compliance; advocate for safety culture.
• Support sales through market leads and price optimization.
• Establish quality control and ensure compliance with fire and life safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
