Cindavi is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in healthcare environments. This remote, field-based role requires you to travel to customer locations, diagnose mechanical problems, and restore equipment to full operation with minimal downtime.

You will work directly with customers, perform preventive maintenance, and document service activities. A valid driver’s license and strong mechanical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

Are you the person people turn to when equipment stops working? We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys diagnosing mechanical problems, making repairs, and helping customers get their equipment back up and running.

We are hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in healthcare environments. You'll work directly with customers, solve technical challenges, and help ensure essential equipment operates safely and reliably.

This is a remote, field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling to customer locations, and putting their mechanical skills to practical use.

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical and electromechanical equipment at customer locations to ensure reliable performance.
• Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and complete repairs that minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment testing, and safety checks to maintain product reliability.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing technical support, explaining equipment operation, and delivering responsive service.

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years of relevant technical, mechanical, maintenance, or field service experience, ideally between 2 and 5 years.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
• The ability to diagnose technical problems, interpret service documentation, and use appropriate tools to complete repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to work directly with customers in professional environments.
• The ability to work independently, organize service schedules, and travel frequently to customer locations.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive repair, medical equipment servicing, or related mechanical industries is a plus.
• No degree is required. Relevant hands-on experience and technical ability are valued.

We offer $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, benefits, and relocation assistance depending on the candidate.
