Job summary

Virtek Vision International is seeking a Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites for installation, calibration and repair of equipment. You will act as an ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upgrades and training.

The role demands strong technical, communication, planning and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with limited resources. Travel up to 75% and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with customers at different levels from shop floor to senior management.
• Able to analyze technical problems and drive them to solutions.
• Electrical and Mechanical knowledge (basic).
• Proficient in MS Office and basic PC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and perform system installations at customer sites.
• Lead projects from order to customer acceptance.
• Produce and communicate technically accurate project documentation.
