Job summary

Vision RT is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support Vision RT solutions across the US, providing remote and on-site technical assistance to ensure systems operate effectively and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires extensive travel within the territory, with some support for other regions; base location is in Virginia/DC, and travel up to 90% is common.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and hardware.
• Experience diagnosing software/hardware issues in customer-facing settings.
• Solid networking and cybersecurity awareness.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain medical device software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, and maintain Vision RT products at customer sites.
• Conduct site surveys and assess deployment readiness.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for software/hardware issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and software updates.
• Troubleshoot networks and coordinate with customer IT teams.
• Maintain installation records and service reports.
