Vision RT Ltd is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer – IT & Systems to install, maintain, and support Vision RT solutions across the United States. The role requires up to 90% travel, with overnight stays and weekend work as needed.

Base location options include Washington, DC or Virginia, within easy reach of major airports for domestic service calls. You will deliver both remote and on-site support, ensuring systems operate reliably while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows OS knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Customer-facing with remote and on-site support experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Vision RT solutions at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support; diagnose software/hardware/OS issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to maximise performance.
• Configure Windows-based devices and troubleshoot network connectivity.
• Document service activity and maintain accurate records.
• Travel within the US to support installations and trainings.
