Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Service Manager II in the Cambridge area to plan, prepare, and manage field service projects from start to finish. You will own execution, manage safety, quality, productivity, on‑time delivery, and cost while serving as the primary customer interface for FieldCore’s clients.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, 3+ years leading teams, and strong communication in English. Travel and overtime may be required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of applicable experience and proven success in project management.
• 3+ years of managing and developing employees.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience in power/technical fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years PM experience; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop outage cost estimates and plan project requirements, schedule, cost, and staffing.
• Manage projects end to end, owning performance relative to Fulfillment5 and KPIs.
• Serve as primary customer interface and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Review forecasts, subcontracts, and supplier invoices to meet targets.
• Lead daily execution status calls and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee progress, cost monitoring, audits, and project closeout metrics.
