Job summary

FieldCore, a GE Vernova business, seeks a Service Manager II to plan and oversee field projects across Wisconsin, northern Illinois and Iowa sites. You will own site execution, manage Fulfillment5 metrics, and serve as the primary customer interface.

The role requires 5–7 years in project management, 3+ years leading teams, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English; travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 3+ years managing and developing employees.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with minimum 5 years project management experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop field service outage cost estimates using standards and plan scope, schedule, cost and resources.
• Manage projects end-to-end, review requirements, map POs, and monitor costs and risks.
• Interface with customers, CSPM, and CPM to ensure satisfaction and control.
• Review forecasts, optimize utilization and meet catalog targets.
• Review sub-contracts and negotiate terms; manage vendor relationships.
