Job summary

FieldCore within GE Vernova’s Gas Power business seeks a Service Manager II to lead field service projects from initiation to completion. You will own site execution, manage safety, cost, quality, and on-time delivery, and interface with customers to ensure satisfaction and progress toward KPIs.

Responsibilities include planning projects, coordinating with Field Service teams, conducting audits, reviewing forecasts, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years applicable experience in project management.
• 3+ years managing and developing employees.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience in power/technical fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with minimum 5 years project management experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule, cost, and resource alignment.
• Own execution of site projects and monitor Fulfillment5 metrics and customer KPIs/CTQs.
• Interface with customers, CSL, CPM, and Field Service teams to drive outcomes.
• Review forecasts, billing, and revenue pacing to maximize project success.
• Lead audits, safety actions, and root-cause analyses to improve processes.
• Recruitment support by interviewing candidates and assessing qualifications.
• Ensure EHS standards and OneGE EHS plan compliance at the site.
