Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a Field Service Project Manager II to lead electrical field services projects from planning through closeout. You will drive budgets, schedules, risk management and client communications while coordinating with operations, controls, finance and sales teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic input, process improvement and incident-free project delivery on industrial, utility or data center sites. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including 3+ years on electrical power/field-service projects.
• Experience with project financials: budget, forecast, margin and change orders.
• CRM and ERP systems experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC).
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Field Services projects from concept to closeout within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and control project budgets and cost forecasting with Finance.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic input on planning and delivery, mentor junior staff.
• Contribute to standardizing PMO processes and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
