Job summary

FieldCore, part of GE Vernova, is hiring a Service Manager II to plan and manage field service projects across Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and Iowa sites. You will own execution and customer interface, driving safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost targets.

The role requires 5–7 years PM experience, leadership for 3+ years, and a background in power generation or related industries; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of applicable project management experience.
• 3+ years managing and developing employees.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Experience in power generation or technical industry.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop field service outage cost estimates and plan schedules, costs, man loading, and job set-up.
• Plan, prepare, and manage projects from beginning to end, reviewing requirements and cost estimates.
• Serve as additional customer interface with P&L and communicate with stakeholders.
• Review and verify the forecast to maximize utilization and meet targets.
• Review sub-contracts and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Communicate with field teams to update status and ensure project success.
