Job summary

FieldCore, a GE Vernova company, seeks a Service Manager II in the SouthCentral region to lead field service projects from start to finish, owning safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while serving as the primary customer interface.

The role requires 5–7 years of applicable experience, 3+ years of people management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English skills. Travel may be required; we offer comprehensive benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 3+ years managing and developing employees.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop field service outage cost estimates and plan all job aspects (schedule, cost, man loading, setup).
• Plan, prepare, and manage projects from start to end and own performance vs. KPI targets.
• Communicate with field staff and customer interfaces to ensure project success.
• Review forecast and billing, manage PO limits and unbilled shipments.
• Lead daily execution status calls and ensure safe, compliant field operations.
