Stiles Machinery is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software in real-world environments. You will travel regionally four days a week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement, and join a nationwide network backed by strong leadership and training.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Prior CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation experience or completion of Field Service training program.
• Willingness to learn and related associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field.
• Document work performed, problems, and customer concerns clearly and promptly.
• Recommend improvements for reliability, performance, and long-term operation.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner.
