Job summary

Stiles Machinery seeks a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field, document work, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Travel is four days per week with overtime and mileage reimbursement. The role requires two years of technical schooling or an associate’s degree, plus CNC/PC-based controls experience and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or related field, or an associate’s degree.
• Experience with CNC, PC-based controls, machine service or maintenance, or completion of Field Service training.
• Willingness to travel regularly and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field.
• Document work performed and customer concerns clearly and promptly.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical partner and problem solver.
