Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, diagnose, repair and maintain power equipment across customer sites. You will travel regionally, support projects, and collaborate with service teams to resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field service, read blueprints, and hold an Associate degree or trade certification. Safety-minded professionals with strong communication thrive here.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent or trade certification with electrical discipline.
• 2+ years of field service repair and customer service experience.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and interpret electrical layouts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• English proficiency and safe driving practice, with OSHA/NFPA-70E exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Complete field service reports and expense sheets accurately.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and district teams to resolve issues.
• Travel regionally or nationwide for customer support when needed.
• Maintain safety standards and learn continually on new products.
