Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform startup, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment at customer sites. You will coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver reliable service.

The role requires reading schematics, safety consciousness, and strong customer service skills. Training is provided and travel to regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or trade certification or equivalent experience in electrical disciplines.
• 2+ years of field service repair experience with UPS systems and power distribution equipment.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Solve problems with customers, electricians, sales partners, and technical teams.
• Complete field service reports, expense reports, and data sheets.
