Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, startup, diagnose, repair and maintain electrical equipment at customer sites. You will solve issues with customers, electricians, and team members, while generating service and expense reports and staying compliant with safety procedures.

The role requires reading schematics, understanding AC/DC power, and 2+ years in field service. You will travel as needed and participate in ongoing training at a dedicated facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, trade certification, or Military training in electrical-related disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Understanding of AC/DC power and related components.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers and partners; field teams.
• Complete field service and expense reports; maintenance data sheets.
• Travel regionally or nationally and support larger projects.
