Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Field Service Representative in the United States to perform startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment at customer sites. You will receive direct product and digital tool training and work with a dedicated team across the U.S. Services division.

This role requires strong safety practices and the ability to read schematics. Occasional travel may be necessary, with a base in the Atlanta region and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service repair and customer service experience with UPS or power equipment.
• Able to read blueprints/schematics and interpret electrical diagrams.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and team members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and company digital tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA-70E or OSHA safety practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot with customers, electricians, and support teams.
• Complete field service and expense reports and data sheets.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve escalated issues.
• Travel regionally or nationwide as required.
