Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician in Auburn, AL to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, install and test equipment, and deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.

Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently with good time management.

Qualifications

• Experience solving mechanical/technical problems in field service is preferred.
• Customer-focused troubleshooting and service delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs office technology equipment (copiers, printers, multifunction devices).
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site.
• Maintain service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
