Job summary

Majestic Photobooth seeks a Field Service Representative to own the health of our Boston-based New England market. You will keep every Majestic booth in the territory working, stocked, and looking great, while building real relationships with venues that host them.

You’ll be Majestic's face in Boston, fixing issues fast and proactively visiting sites to prevent problems. This role covers Greater Boston, the North Shore, with some trips to New Hampshire and Maine.

Qualifications

• Clear, friendly communication with all kinds of people.
• Strong follow-through and time management.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently within an assigned territory.
• Basic technical troubleshooting (connectivity, printers, resets).
• Comfortable learning HubSpot, Google Workspace, and booth systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service tickets within four hours and resolve within 24.
• Keep every booth stocked, clean, and working; handle replenishment and maintenance.
• Plan routes to ensure paper and ribbon before they run out.
• Visit booths to spot-check and coordinate with supply chain.
• Build relationships with venue staff as Majestic's local contact.
