Job summary

Promera, LLC in Boston is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to grow our local field service presence. You will start by delivering onsite services, learning Promera’s standards, and building credibility with customers.

As the territory develops, you will recruit and train technicians, coordinate scheduling, manage customer follow-up, and strengthen relationships to drive Boston-area growth. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in operations, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a field supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in field service, cleanroom, data center, industrial, or similar environment preferred.
• Willingness to perform hands-on service work onsite with clients.
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members to align with company standards.
• Support performance management, coaching, and evaluations.
• Coordinate daily job scheduling, field deployment, and emergency response.
• Perform hands-on service work alongside field technicians onsite.
• Work in cleanrooms, data centers, and other critical environments following safety requirements.
• Lead in the field and provide direction and support to team members.
• Maintain compliance with budgets, safety standards, and company policies.
• Build strong onsite customer relationships and identify new service opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on planning, reporting, and process improvements.
