Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior field service supervisor to provide technical and application support for EnerSys products across the assigned region. You will oversee service teams, drive profitable margins, manage customer relations, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all service activities.

The role requires extensive field experience, prior supervisory background, ability to travel overnight, and strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of previous customer service experience and field support experience.
• Must be able and willing to travel overnight

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for EnerSys products and services in the assigned area.
• Support profitable margins and service-related sales and service targets.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work environment.
• Directly manage service employees, including training, performance reviews, recognition, goal setting, and salary administration.
• Provide a communication link between customers and the company to ensure effective service.
• Develop and schedule projects for efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees.
