Qualifications

• Administrative experience with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience learning and working in different systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Update service job statuses and communicate with customers daily.
• Maintain accurate records for field service time, parts, purchases, and repairs.
• Provide timely updates to Field Supervisor, customers, and teams.
• Review and edit timesheets and work orders as the scope changes.
• Support billing practices with accurate reporting.
