Job summary

Specialty Building Products, a leading distributor of specialty building products in North America, is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join ourVALUES based organization in Bethlehem, PA. You will manage service requests, parts orders, and schedule inspections and service appointments for the assigned region.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of door shop procedures, strong time management, and technical know-how to repair and maintain SBP products.

Qualifications

Knowledge of door shop procedures and product.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Technical knowledge of procedures to repair and maintain SBP products.
Knowledge of installation techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide constant customer contact with internal and external customers.
Process and administer all service-related workflow including Service Requests and Parts Orders.
Schedule inspection, repair and service-for-a-fee appointments.
Maintain Service Records within the Field Service Database.
Answer all incoming calls, e-mails, faxes and mailings for assigned region and contact customer to confirm receipt and schedule appointment within two business days.
