Qualifications

• Must have and maintain basic certifications
• Advanced certifications may be required based on work performed
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 85 pounds
• Expert understanding of construction materials testing principles, applications, and ASTM testing standards
• Ability to determine appropriate testing methods and evaluate test results for specification compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee calibration of field equipment, inventory maintenance, and safety culture promotion.
• Manage field services scheduling; ensure requests are met; review field reports and assist with issues.
• Lead and mentor field services staff; ensure staffing, training, and growth; oversee projects and support business development.
