Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. in Ball Ground, GA is seeking an Assistant to Field Service Manager to support field service operations and administrative tasks for Service Technicians. You will work closely with the Field Service Manager to keep operations efficient and responsive.

The role emphasizes coordinating schedules, reviewing expense reports, and assisting in the preparation of work orders while ensuring high-quality customer service. Occasional travel to customer meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience in service industry and customer interaction preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily time approvals for Service Technicians.
• Review weekly expense reports with FSM to ensure coaching is provided.
• Assist in reviewing productivity and profitability of work orders.
• Assist in building and maintaining the OnCall program.
• Develop knowledge of company services, solutions, and programs.
• Coordinate with team to resolve issues and improve customer service.
• Travel to customer meetings as needed.
• Provide after-hour emergency support when required.
• Prepare work orders for handoff to invoicing and address items within Operations.
• Assist in productivity data review.
