Job summary

Phantom Staffing is seeking a Service Department Coordinator in Twinsburg, Ohio. The role coordinates all service department activities, supports the Field Service Manager, and serves as the main customer contact for service on capital equipment.

You will arrange travel logistics, manage service calendars, and provide administrative support including expense reporting. Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanically inclined; field service experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of machine hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive computer skills: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of the service department and team.
• Provide backup to the Field Service Manager.
• Act as primary contact for customers requesting service on capital equipment.
• Arrange travel, hotel, rental cars and advances for field service staff.
• Prepare and maintain expense reports for service technicians and manager.
