Ohio CAT is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage work orders, entry in Service Link, and communication with warranty and parts teams. You will schedule PSP/PIP work, handle customer PO requests, and keep accurate records through to claim closure.
The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to support the service department’s efficiency and client satisfaction.

The service coordinator will be deeply involved in the work order process including opening work order headers and segments in Service Link, technician time entry into Service Link, receiving and entering technician service reports into Service Link, scheduling PSP/PIP work, customer purchase order requests, filing to history files, warranty claim pre-prep, coordination, follow-up and communication with central warranty group and parts personnel through to claim closure, as well as clerical work such as payroll and scheduling.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to communicate to exchange information verbally. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
