Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee field service operations across an Area, ensuring safety, staffing, and performance targets are met. You will lead technicians, coordinate with management, and drive quality service, diagnostics, and equipment maintenance.

You will supervise training, scheduling, and project execution for startups, repairs, and overhauls while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with vocational/technical training.
• 10+ years of applicable field service experience.
• CAT/Waukesha certifications or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to learn company software.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of technicians in the area with Branch/Regional managers.
• Ensure efficient technician assignments to minimize driving and response times.
• Assist with training and documentation; oversee major decisions.
• Monitor field service expenses and vehicle maintenance.
• Enforce HSE accommodations and precautions.
• Communicate status of staffing, productivity, and service issues.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain relationships.
• Lead overhauls, installations, startups, and diagnostics on major OEMs.
• Interpret compressor performance and engine horsepower.
• Teach purging/loading practices and proper couplings alignment.
• Read P&ID's, blueprints, and installation manuals.
• Foster a safe work environment.
