Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee Offsite Equipment field service technicians across Texas. This hands-on leadership role focuses on keeping the team organized, productive, and accountable while you troubleshoot and assist with field installations and inspections of fuel and lubricant equipment.

You’ll oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate schedules, monitor quality and safety, and drive improvements in field processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years leading field crews or technicians.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field conditions.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service technicians across Texas locations.
• Coordinate daily schedules and technician coverage.
• Provide hands-on field support for installation, repair, and inspection of fuel and lubricant systems.
