Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Regional Field HSE Coordinator to support and coach internal and external stakeholders in implementing company Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.

Reporting to the HSE Manager of USA Service, the role focuses on compliance with local, state and federal regulations while promoting zero-incidents through proactive safety leadership across the field operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ HSE experience in high-risk industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or industrial health; 7 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with emergency response procedures including ICS and EMS coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with management, staff and operations to coach and resolve safety issues.
• Conducts site visits to assess HSE performance and provide coaching and support.
• Facilitates meetings and engagements on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Supports development and delivery of HSE training programs.
• Monitors safety performance via audits, inspections and engagements.
• Coordinates with operations for incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Ensures safety and DOT paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Assists in review, communication, and monitoring of HSE policies and programs.
