Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Service Manager to lead field support and shop technicians within our EnerSys Energy Systems arm. You will drive service programs, manage resources, and ensure safe, compliant execution across multiple sites, with exposure to customers and end-users.

The role emphasizes leadership, project planning, and strong client communication, with travel requirements and a focus on delivering high reliability in power systems and battery solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience in field service or service management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read, write and comprehend English; basic math skills.
• Overnight travel and driving requirements are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service staff and shop technicians.
• Develop project schedules and manage resources for service tasks.
• Identify end-user accounts and sell service programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Maintain customer relations and resolve service issues promptly.
