Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple branches in the Houston area. You will manage equipment and resources to meet the business plan while delivering high-quality, safe service to clients.

The role emphasizes leadership of Branch Managers, execution of the safety program, and achieving reliable execution and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; may be substituted with industry experience.
• 10+ years’ experience with high speed gas compression equipment.
• 5+ years management experience in the natural gas service industry.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between branches up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of multiple branches to meet financial goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and service delivery to clients.
• Provide coaching and support to branch managers.
• Forecast activity trends from customer plans and market conditions.
• Promote HS&E standards and strong ethics across teams.
