Responsibilities

• Create system access points for CE service network including MFA.
• Maintain dispatch status and PUMIs for network.
• Process onboarding of new technicians and approvals.
• Support admin team for amendments and payments verifications.
• Support CE On-site evaluation checklist and assessment portal.
• Review assessment results and load final scores to management system.
• Summarize assessment progress in weekly management reports.
• Analyze audit results and present performance reviews to upper management.
• Coordinate with regional managers for improvement plans.
