TE Certified is seeking a detail-oriented Trades Operations Assistant based in our Lawrenceville office to coordinate field service schedules and support the daily operations between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service schedules and assign work orders.
• Review requests and organize appointments by needs and technician availability.
• Serve as point of contact for customers with updates.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and communications.
• Monitor job progress and communicate adjustments.
• Assist with workload balancing and scheduling optimization.
• Support onboarding and coaching for new staff.
• Collaborate with technicians, office staff, and leadership.
• Identify process improvements to reduce issues.
• Contribute to a positive team culture with professionalism.
