Job summary

RC&E, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our service support team. You will develop relationships with commercial/industrial customers, process orders, and communicate work order status while delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include directing field technicians, handling inquiries, preparing quotes, managing work orders, and coordinating with parts and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a fast-paced B2B customer support role.
• 3-5 years of experience performing service scheduling, order processing, and inside customer service for industrial customers.
• Experience handling difficult customers in a service support role.

Responsibilities

• Instruct senior field technicians on daily assignments including planned maintenance and emergency service work.
• Respond to customer inquiries for service and/or parts in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and communicate customer quotes and orders in the computer system.
• Create, assign, and process service work orders for technicians and the service manager.
• Enter and maintain customer account information for service business.
• Interface with the parts warehouse and/or vendors on purchase orders and parts deliveries, including expedited processing for urgent requests.
• Weekly processing of technician time sheets and expenses.
• Working hours: 7:30AM until 4:30PM and additional hours as needed.
