Job summary

Verifone is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day field service activities across project rollouts and break-fix service. You will schedule technicians, dispatch work, reschedule as needed and track execution to meet SLAs and milestones.

The role emphasizes clear communication with providers, technicians and customers and requires strong organizational skills to juggle multiple active orders and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field services, dispatch, service coordination, project/installation coordination or operational support.
• Experience in high-volume service environments with SLAs and multi-site rollout activity is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with providers, technicians and customers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple work orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day field service activities across project/installation rollouts and break-fix service, including technician scheduling, dispatch, rescheduling and execution tracking.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with SLAs, project milestones, customer expectations and operational standards.
• Serve as a key communication point between service providers, technicians, internal teams and customers during rollout or issue resolution.
