• Oversee calibration of field equipment, inventory, PPE, and safety training.
• Manage field services scheduling, review reports, and assist project managers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field services staff; ensure staffing and growth.
• Coordinate with managers on staffing, proposals, and marketing growth.
