Heidelberg USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites across the region for on-site setup, installation and repair of Heidelberg Postpress equipment. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, training customers, and working with riggers to install and move equipment.

Expect a demanding travel schedule (up to 75% of workweek) with occasional weekend work. Candidates should have a two-year technical degree or equivalent and 5–10 years of field service experience in

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology.
• Minimum two years in field engineering servicing electro-mechanical devices.
• 5–10 years of field service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting of Heidelberg Postpress equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and train customers on equipment.
• Coordinate with riggers for installation and moves.
• Complete paperwork: expenses, timesheets, training, vehicle maintenance.
• Provide on-site training to customers and update on status.
