Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Field Service Mechatronic Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and train customers on Heidelberg Digital Jetfire products. You will own each assignment and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5–10 years of field service experience, ability to travel 50–75% with a company car provided, and strong communication and safety awareness. Clean driving record a must.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5–10 years of field service experience.
• Technical degree is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel 50%–75% with overnight stays.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Moderate PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and train on Heidelberg Digital Jetfire equipment.
• Perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance; document work.
• Coordinate with qualified riggers for installation and relocations.
• Complete all paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
