Qualifications

• Occasional overnight travel to customer sites may occur.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Service Supervisor to plan work and travel; prioritize needs.
• Diagnose malfunctions, repair or replace parts, test equipment.
• Provide tools/parts and arrange on-site repair services.
• Inspect and test machines after delivery and repairs.
• Report detailed job information for accurate billing.
• Pursue additional technical training and certifications.
• Maintain a neat appearance and clean service truck.
• Mentor junior technicians and support large repair projects.
• Complete work orders and related paperwork promptly.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
