UBEO Business Services, a premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Maryland area. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of office product equipment and ensuring high customer satisfaction while supporting the sale of UBEO's products and services.

The ideal candidate has an intermediate technician level with strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel to client

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Successful completion of Manufacturer Core Basics.
• Two Manufacturer Training Classes completed.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment up-time through timely repair and effective customer training.
• Manage assets and resources to meet targeted financial results.
• Analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and influence sales growth.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, management and administration in a courteous, professional manner.
• Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and without errors.
• Provide accurate feedback with call-close information, parts usage and meter readings.
• Perform other activities that support UBEO BUSINESS SERVICES.
