C Culligan Quench is seeking a full-time Field Service Manager for the Phoenix area to oversee a team of technicians, manage customer relationships, and guide operations. The role emphasizes hands-on field work, training, and site surveys while ensuring high service standards.

Salary is $70,000–$80,000 annually, with eligibility for commission, benefits, and incentive awards. Equal opportunity employer; local travel required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience.
• Vocational technical school diploma/certification.
• Experience with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units.
• Licensed plumbers or comprehensive plumbing skills preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certified or OSHA trained within 3 months of employment.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Management of a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Responsible for training of new staff in the region.
• Maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections as needed.
• Support Regional Service Director with onboarding and admin tasks.
• Serve as substitute for other Field Service Managers when necessary.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
