Job summary

Culligan Quench in Garland, TX is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Technicians and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction in the region. You will assist the Regional Service Director and manage installations, site surveys, and service delivery daily.

The role requires 2–5 years of management experience, a plumbing background preferred, OSHA certification, and proficient use of ServiceMax and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience.
• Vocational technical school diploma/certification.
• Experience with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units.
• Prior management experience, route-based preferred.
• Licensed plumbers or comprehensive plumbing skills preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or training within 3 months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Management of a team of Field Service Technicians
• Training of new staff in the assigned region
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through superior customer management
• Plumbing, drainage and building layout/site surveys and inspections
• Submit reports, paperwork and communications to the Regional Service Director
• Assist with on-boarding and personnel administration
• Act as substitute for other Field Service Managers or Regional Service Director
• Regular and reliable attendance
