Job summary

Culligan Quench in Garland, TX is seeking a full-time Field Service Manager to lead a team of technicians and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You will support training, schedule field work, and coordinate with the Regional Service Director, while maintaining safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of management experience, plumbing skills, OSHA 10, and proficiency with ServiceMax and Salesforce. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience.
• Vocational technical school diploma/certification.
• Experience with water filtration, water coolers, ice production, coffee/tea units.
• Licensed plumbers or strong plumbing skills preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or training within 3 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Train new staff in the assigned region.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong customer management.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections as needed (plumbing/wiring considerations).
• Prepare and submit reports and paperwork to the Regional Service Director.
