Job summary

Sidel is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers specializing in rotary and non-rotary equipment. The role focuses on coordinating field activities, optimizing resources, and driving customer satisfaction on site.

The candidate should have a strong background in field engineering, resource planning, and leadership, with fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in resources management/field engineering.
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning or services scope and challenges.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and analytical skills.
• Experience as Field Service Engineer for rotary equipment is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define workload forecast with stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and planning.
• Assess resources competences and develop skills where gaps exist.
• Ensure required Safety, Health & Environmental trainings and certifications.
• Lead field resources to ensure installation and service activities meet customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cooperation between FSEs and main execution stockholders to resolve on-site issues.
